guys get out the black marker and write it on the wall

"Mantis Funding (cresthill Capital) is aggressive on Gasoline Stations". we forsome reason outbeat many others on this space (and trucking/construction but the jury not fully back on that ).

How many banks accounts does the merchant use? Do they have a separate gas bank account?

Non-gas revenue should tell you how close to $50K you can get the merchant-

How long have they owned it? Do they own the real estate? Is it branded or unbranded? Etc.

Branded or Unbranded Gas Station? $100-200K in the bank means nothing, because those funds are not the merchants'. they mostly belong to the oil/gas company.

Most gas stations only make between .05 - .15 on the dollar......so a Gas Station with $100K in deposits, is actually only make $10K a month.

That's why so many of these guys are opening up convenience stores/chain restaurants in the location. Need something to cover the overhead and pay the bills
