I got beat out of a 19k commission on a reverse I did with him last year. 963k deal. Luckily the universe works in ways where those who screw me end up getting it much worse in the end. The merch defaulted with a 450k balance.

1st ever funding. And I had a great 'relationship' with the owner, and the merchant. Word of friendly advice.. try premiere or fundkite for reverses. At least they pay.
