Stay away from par, they use intimidation and border on a federal indictment fwiw

my experience with par is that if the deal is small, they will give u ur comm no problem. when comm is a bit larger u have to put up a little fight.

also, they wont tell u if they renew with your merch. again, this is just my personal experience.
