my experience with par is that if the deal is small, they will give u ur comm no problem. when comm is a bit larger u have to put up a little fight.

also, they wont tell u if they renew with your merch. again, this is just my personal experience.

I got beat out of a 19k commission on a reverse I did with him last year. 963k deal. Luckily the universe works in ways where those who screw me end up getting it much worse in the end. The merch defaulted with a 450k balance.

1st ever funding. And I had a great 'relationship' with the owner, and the merchant. Word of friendly advice.. try premiere or fundkite for reverses. At least they pay.

I don't know what others' experiences have been, but Par paid me quickly for the reverse I did with them (all of it, up-front), and they are paying me on the smaller weekly one. Everything within 3 days, via wire.

Nope. Had to hear from the merchant that they funded. Personally bit the bullet on this one after gettin threats from the owner.. was a very muddy / messy scene when we were through. Turned out merch defaulted on him for 450k so that felt like a win. But u know what.. comes w the territory. I got beat on a 24k commission from WBL last year too. Grimy ass biz we in. But we are able to make bank like no other profession, and sometimes when u open the floodgates for the good, u let the bad in too.

In the last few weeks we've done a 1MM, 800K and 400K reverse. We have an additional 1MM pending right now funding tomorrow. Not many funders approve such high dollar amounts.
