    Anyone work with any private equity firms on middle market deals?

    I let all of my licenses expire a few years ago, but still keep in touch with a host of private equity funds as we have financed several private equity backed companies. If you are shopping an equity or equity linked opportunity, you should really speak with an attorney in your jurisdiction regarding licencing if you are not a FINRA member. I know that most of the state where I closed an equity deal you were required to be a FINRA member and many private equity funds I know will not even speak to you if you don't have the proper licenses.

    TCA yes, but have not spoken with anyone there in years. Power Up....I have not heard of the private equity fund, but am in the process of taking one of PowerUp Fundings factoring clients. Their rates are YIKES!

    What industry? How big is the Company?

    Aviation 60 employees 8M Gross trending up for the last 4 years... All AR is overseas
