Urgent care clinic - non profit

I have a non-profit Urgent Care Clinic that is located in Florida. It is funded by the State and various grants. Ownership is through a Board of Directors (no individual ownership). Does approximately $3 million annually. Seeking $100K for payroll. No other positions. What are the best options?
