I just got off the phone with someone who loves the idea.
SBA 7(a) caps out at 5mm, you're right. They would go traditional, mid-6's, 25-year amortization.

Again, won't pay more than 1 point, but you can probably get a fee agreement on top since it won't be the SBA.
