I have a file where the number of NSFs are:

Dec. 3
Jan. 3
Feb. 26
March 14

Merchants are averaging $32,000 for the past 4 months and have 2 positions with an outstanding balance of $25,000. Merchants are looking to obtain $10,000 for inventory. The existing debt can be consolidated. Merchants are averaging $5,000 per month on CC sales for the past 4 months. The business is a Kwik Stop and their credit scores are 550 and 589.

Can this file be funded? Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you.
