    Less Than 3 Months Statements!

    Hello!

    Are their any direct funders that will work with a business that has less than 3 months business bank statements?

    Remodeling

    Avg monthly 23K
    CS: 520 (estimated)
    Amount: 12K

    NO! Insist on their underwriting criteria up front for this one. Don't send a file based on "call me if it is rejected"
