Depends on the existing debt on the balance sheet. DO they have a bank loan? Are the assets somehow encumbered by someone else?

Are they profitable?

Do they have orders to fill that they need capital for?

I just sent you a PM; you may want to look into getting them a credit insurance policy as well. This would guarantee there revenue streams by protecting from slow paying customers, and bankruptcies. It also turns their A/R into secured assets which increases their value to ABL, Factors, and traditional lenders. Give me a call discuss, my number is in the pm.
