Having trouble closing deals with foreign ownership or zero balance bank acoounts
We do both.
Deals with foreign ownership including owners without SS numbers.
Zero balance bank accounts with daily balances at or a little below zero.

Clarification- we do not fund our own deals but rather work with three lenders who will if they are presented properly.
That's where we come in.
