what does this mean if anything, for their co? Is this just a means to raise capital quickly to pay off principle of older notes by securitizing the loans ?

They're refinancing some existing debt. Not much more than that other than the delinquency stats which are always interesting.
Also, they're closing a portion of their Denver office one day after Funding Circle announced that they're creating 290 jobs in Denver.

interesting on FC move to Denver. I'm sure its a lot cheaper lease space and payroll to operate there than SF
