This guy defaulted with YS and has a balance with Channel Partners (who I have never heard of) for 65k. Let me know if anyone has any ideas here - and don't just ask me to send paperwork so you have paperwork flow coming through for your boss. Thank you.

I did a big restructuring for a lumber company not long ago. Does the Company have receivables and inventory that are free and clear? Perhaps an ABL facility or Factoring is a better option.

I believe that I funded the deal you are referring to. You might want to go the secured route and try to leverage some property or other assets -- I don't really see MCA being an option here.

Actually Zach, I am 99% sure its my deal, but hey we there could be multiple lumber companies that defaulted on Yellow that Channel paid 17 points on.
