Both of you went to lead brokers?...how do you know you didn't go to the same lead broker who slips in his friend who is an Attorney on the list and they set you up to sue and split the return.

This is a nasty world and it isn't just supposed loan brokers or cash advance brokers who are sleaze

Ill do what everyone else does so we will be the only ones left on the phone..."be very careful omg you can get sued" ...make sure you price that in to the rate and commision or the cost of a good compliance officer or ex compliance with a great background and history of low to 0 fines
