I have a trucking client doing healthy numbers (200k+/mo) of ours. He is looking to acquire and fix some equipment to get them earning income. I am looking for someone who will:

a-give a reasonable MCA deal (looking for $150k), in second position behind and in conjunction with me
b-give assurances to not contact my client for future deals or refinances without my participating of fee and or deal
c-sign an intercreditor agreement with my firm avoiding issues if they were to ever come up

We have a small MCA style deal with him covered under our first position (balance is 25k). The guy never missed a payment and we control all income sources, would be ok keeping ours open.
