Here's my deal: Owner/operator looking to purchase 5 new hybrid vehicles for use as taxi cabs in NYC. has 50% of cash to buy them, looking for me to get him the other 50%. Total funding needed is $100K

Yes there would be VIN#'s for the vehicles, and city permit, would need some sort of underwrite and approval prior to getting the actual Vin#'s. See if the credit etc. meets guidelines.

No I don't have an existing cash flow to support this sized funding, so consider it a startup.
