Merchant does 1 million or more a month, bad credit needs 800K

Merchant needs cash advance of 800K he does about 1.5 million or more a month. His credit isn't great. Can anyone recommend anyone? I'm also looking for very low factor rates.

problem here is the companies that will get you the $ amount you need will want strong credit. With the bad credit you can probably get their with the $ amount but then the factor rate will be high

When you say the credit isn't great what exactly are you talking about 600's?

This is why people need to expand their horizons and think about factoring.

credit isnt great and very low factor rates rarely go hand in hand. What do the merchants do, what is their industry type?

    Exactly. I agree Micah.

A/R Factoring also usually pays 12 commission checks per year to Broker.
Each funded factoring Client, is like an annuity for the referral source.

If/when factoring is appropriate, advocates should absolutely recommend it to their clients. On this post by BestFundingOption- there was no mention of AR at all- only that the client seeks 800k and does a top line of $1.5 per month.

As for recurring revenue- yes factoring will provide a stream of revenue. Accordingly Brokers should have an idea of the cost of capital to the factoring company they are dealing with- as that directly correlates to their monthly 10-15% return. They should also fully understand all the fees the factoring company charges to the client over and above the standard monthly rate, and weekly breakdown thereafter, so they can provide an educated APR if asked.

Does the factoring company they are dealing with provide liquidity on M and E and Inventory as well- or will the client need a separate relationship where applicable? Lastly Brokers should understand the Factoring companies maximum limit per client. Is the factoring company going to be able provide capital seamlessly based on their own financial restraints?
