Depending on how the IT Company bills- a receivables LOC can be created. If they are billing in arrears for services performed- very easily done. If however they are billing maintenance or software usage in advance- the AR cannot be levered. A Call with client would reveal that.

At 400k per month an 800k facility would likely be appropriate. If the Company is growing- a term loan is less desirable than a line of credit. Understanding the clients growth plan and use of funds will be the determining factor of the product you recommend.
