    Heather, how much more difficult are these to get done? Are there different types of stips required before you ultimately fund them?

    We do not find that they are more difficult. There is a higher level of risk for these files but our underwriting protocol is the same. We have underwriters on staff that are and work from PR and familiar which helps with the verification of the business and communication with the owners.
