    Large construction factoring deal

    Need a lender that requires no estoppel letter
    2.3MM in Receivables
    Needs minimum 1MM line of credit
    Commitment for an SBA is in place, contingent on having a line of credit in place prior to SBA funding

    We fund hundred plus construction deals a month ( trucking is only sector we fund more units). All else fails and he needs funding ASAP -- Mantis will come out swinging!
