    cant go that low.....

Since we are on the subject of large size offers....

I am looking to fund more 100K-180K deals a day ... if you funding those short term super subprime files and need specialized situations i would be happy to entertain the subject.

If you have offers for those sizes would be happy to work around your merchant.

Marcus, the guy is looking for a home for his deal and you interject with your non-related bull****. Since you want to talk about your companies, can you explain the difference between Mantis and Cresthill for us? Why do you make your reps at Cresthill add PFSs to contracts? Why aren稚 you paying them directly?

Since you love the attention, I figured we may as well give you more. How about every time you try this crap we ask questions about how Cresthill works, and where they send deals? Does that work for you?

I wrote that (aside from letting the general people that we competitive on 150K supersubprime) but more so to get your reaction this way it gets exciting in here vs a board day with no popcorn moments.

And while we are at it, you can explain to me and the folks here, how you called one of my merchants this AM, and offered him $1500 more than you gave me an offer for in Jan. And your rep, David Lewtar, told the merchant that he was their new rep. When they did not even have an assigned rep with you since the deal never closed. I think that would qualify as backdooring? You took my merchant, who i submitted to you and when they did not fund with you, you gave the merchants info to one of your inside guys. .

And i am still waiting on a reply from you on this.

Why doesn't he want to pay off the first? If you're looking for a 1.10 6month second position, you're saying he's good enough to get a better rate and longer term with one of the above.
