And your rep, David Lewtar, told the merchant that he was their new rep. When they did not even have an assigned rep with you since the deal never closed. I think that would qualify as backdooring? You took my merchant, who i submitted to you and when they did not fund with you, you gave the merchants info to one of your inside guys. .
