Change of ownership less than 3 months ago, same bank account, same EIN #,
No positions. Will this be an issue trying to obtain over 100k? If so, which lenders do not require financials for deals over 100k, if any? I have bank statements for the past 18 months and the business has been around a few years.

I came across a similar situation a year and a half ago I was able to fund the deal. Certain Funders with looser guidelines will do it or at least consider but only if the new owner was a previously employee who purchased the business and can prove compensation from the business through tax returns.

If everything stayed the same with the EIN and bank account and there is legal paperwork showing the change in ownership this shouldn't be a problem for us. You didn't write any specifics about the deal as far as their numbers, but it wouldn't get declined here for the change in ownership. Feel free to reach out if you need any assistance on this.
edit: we don't need financials on deals over 100k. DL VC and EIN documentation are the only stips I need no matter what size the deal is.
