Maybe try BizCash, owned by Darrin Ginsberg. They do deals between 100k and $1 million and fund in 3 days supposedly.

BizCash is great for tough to place deals, I've used them before. However they are not "A" paper lenders, I've never seen them offer lower than a 1.35 from them regardless of credit.

Depending on what you mean by fast turn times tit sounds like your clients will qualify for SBA loans in the under 10% range.
generally 3 weeks to close.
