I have a dr office that was declined because merchant has 10 overdrafts within recent months. Will any traditional lender do this or do I have to go high risk

That depends. If it is an ACH and the negative days are 5 or more this may be high risk I believe Pearl even has a 5 negative day max now because of the ACH payback. If this deal is a MCA split 10 NSF's probably won't change the approval especially if the 10 OD's are limited to a small number of days.

if she is doing 30k-40k and owes 18k why would you do a second position instead of paying off the first.. If you are able to pay off the first and lower the daily payments that they are currently making a bank may be willing to look past the NSF issues in the past because future payments would be. As long as the credit is decent you should be able to get this deal done
