not sure how you fund a lawsuit, but if you mean your merchant won a lawsuit and is waiting for the money they won and would like to get an advance on you can look into Thrivest i think their name is. They do those types of deals and contract financing type deals.

While I no longer work in the industry I have several connections. Class action lawsuit funding is a little tough to find unless you have momentum going. If your interested I can reach out to an old friend to find out who is the most active and reliable at the moment.

If it's just a one off lawsuit for personal injury you probably seen there are plenty firms online. If its for attorney fees to bring a lawsuit tough but not impossible. Oasis's comes to mind.
