Growing alternative financing company based in Austin, TX area is seeking experienced CLOSER to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Excellent communication, professional relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Professional attitude and work habits.

Experience/Background Required:
• In one or more of the following: Banking, Financial Sales, Equipment leasing, Factoring, Merchant Cash Advance, Insurance Sales.
• Phone sales experience.
• Business-to-business sales experience.
• A minimum of GED/High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, Outlook.
• Bilingual is a plus (not required).
• A track record of success as a closer and in achieving or beating goals and quotas.

Responsibilities:
• Educate potential customers about the benefits our service offers and sell products.
• Prospect and pitch leads through a soft sell approach while building and maintaining relationships.
• Build quality sales relationships with both new clients and existing clients.
• Manage and maintain a growing and recurring book of business.
• Be responsive to client's needs and work to foster the growth of our business over time.
