The problem with funding a holding company is that they can expand or leverage using unrealized values creating additional risks.

it also can dissolve more easily...poof gone

I would think they would want to fund the subsidiary, if its whole, which it wont be..80% owned by holding company

The risk is to the subsidiary

If there are 4 partners ...2 with bad credit 2 with good credit and they own a peice of a holding company that's paying 80k a month into bank statements...do you want it then?

    they also want 15-20%

Let me know. I can upsell to 1.28-1.1.35

If its the deal I am thinking of I even went after the real estate...there is none...rent rolls...homes upside down
