This construction/energy company needs $2M to help mobilize for two contracts. He has 13 yrs TIB, 825 credit and generates average of $140k/mo. Appears to have $2.5m equity in real estate holdings to pledge.

Revenue for these two contracts this year will generate $20m... with 26% margins.

I have a lender that will factor invoices right out of the gate.. just need a lender that will fund upfront capital needed to get both jobs off the ground...at an affordable rate.

Need to act fast! Client has meeting Wed with his client to pledge commitment... but will not do so if he doesn't have reliable financial backing.

Why can't you get this funded yourself? What's the hold-up with hard money? You've posted about hard money like Riverdale before.

What's the state?
Are they government contracts?
Do you have the contracts?

If the factor is a spot factor- then you can work on the global solution.

140k per month prior to now will make it tough for folks to write a big check on 'futures'..

Prior earnings (DSCR) plus the collateral will determine how much can be borrowed.

If Client monthly sales volume is $140k/mo, then securing a $2million loan may be difficult.
But Client might be a better fit, for a revolving A/R based credit facility, that we offer.
