Happy Merchant Funding Group?

So... I cant find anything on this company.

Merchant sent me a Contract with this "Funder" Doing an Insane Deal. Merchant Does 30k, Its a Contract for $110,000. In Conjunction with a 11k Deal ((Yellowstone))

So apparently a Broker at Access Capital (Access2Capital) Something Like that.... Cant sell an 11k 3rd Position without including an obvious BS "Consolidation" Offer.

Have the merchant call Yellowstone, find out who his rep is, say that the broker is providing a 'consolidation' contract, have that broker cut off

Looks like HMF Capital Group strikes back... These guys are slime. I know a merchant they just jammed up. They tell merchants to get funded/double funded, make payments on time for 30 days and then they will put them into a 3-5 year consolidation program. The merchant called me today asking for help because your not going to believe this but they won't return any of his calls???

Yes this is absolutely how people sell these advances. I have left plenty of broker firms because of this....

I am in this industry since 08 and in my 10 years I have never attempted anything this grimy.. These people have no business being in the industry and they all need to go away

Yeah, I had a merchant I funded once come back to me a year later. He said he needed help because some broker stacked him with 5 advances side-by-side over 24 hours with the promise he could consolidate them in 2 weeks. Once they funded the broker stopped returning merchants calls. The merchant is clearly responsible, but you wonder how these brokers are able to last.

Last I checked HMF isn’t “Happy Merchant Funding”
I do plenty of Business with them and very happy from beginning to end!

I ain’t them but understand your corncern, was just saying my experience with them.

In my experience in the industry the brokers who do this don’t last to long. Most funders catch on and won’t touch any of their deals!

I am not saying I condone and agree with those tactics if that is what they are doing...but at the same time, merchants know dam well what they are signing when they sign an agreement for money then claim to be a victim down the line.

I don't post much on Dailyfunder but these guys pissed me off. They sent my merchant a 600k funding agreement at 500 a day. promising a consolidation after funding him 35k with Pearl and charging him a 3,500 PSF. He forwarded me the email from the guy, this is who it is.

I guess this Robert Mora guy is one of those "superior sales people" that the forum was talking about not too long ago?

You know the guys that find the most gullible (i.e. stupid) merchants in the C/D/E Paper market and drain them with fees, high factors, and high stacks due to the merchant being gullible (i.e. stupid) enough to go along with it?

Man, if only I would stop being such a "piker" and adapt the methods of Robert Mora.

Send to pearl ,their iso agreement I believe will let them go after Robert or the owner of acxes if the merchant defaults . Pearl is not a funder you want to mess around with .

nothing new... I've had a merchants send me $3k YSC contract along with a postdated (30 days) contracts for $200k 1.12 over 36 months they received from Axcess advance. These guys clearly cant legitimately close a $3k deal...
