I have a used car dealership that does between 300k-900k/month that I have worked with for years. Right now he has no positions but he has taken advances for years. Last year, he bounced a few payments and the one MCA company he had filed the COJ after 3 bounces in one month. He immediately went and wired them the balance in full and as such, has a zero balance letter. That company has offered to renew him but he has no desire to work with them. With this in mind, can anyone help us to get a reasonable offer on this file? Most months he has less than 2 NSFs, credit is mid 600's.
