    I just spoke to someone BIG in precious metals He claims JP Morgan has a lending against Precious metals division.

    Send me your info, highly doubt they have the collateral for 450MM. Regardless of what the applicant wants,

    if he's got the valuables, he'll get approved. Collateral will be stored in a vault or offsite. Similar to pawning.

    They do but precious metals are almost impossible to track down, they use paper( and fake paper), warehouse receipts...its an easy target for crooks, people have made loans to goods that do not exist
