    Heating/Air conditioning company looking for 200k 2nd pos

    does roughly 800k monthly.. very high deposit and avg daily balance. one negative end of feb but march MTD showing 130k balance
    i personally funded this merchant 250k with ondeck and renewed several times. has 110k balance left with ondeck, does not want to pay off

    needs 200k for new project

    he has offer 200k 1.27 7 months with another company weekly payment
    my current offer i have is 235k 1.29 7.5 months weekly payment but only paying 1 pt on deal.

    looking for a direct lender. he will take 200k 1.27 8 months. only msg if u think u can do that term with a few pts... will send file after iso package

    ALL DEALS WILL BE PRICED AS FOLLOWS:


    2nd & 3rd positions
    Commissions will be 10% + 1% bonus on new deals
    90-180 payments @ 1.37 buy rate MAX 1.47

    4ths, 5ths and starter advances
    Commissions will be 8% + 1% bonus on new deals
    66 - 105 payments @ 1.41 buy rate MAX 8
