Collateral isn't only Real Estate of course. Is there anything else on the balance sheet?

As for the $2M per month: what is the gross profit margin (and industry), and are they showing net income? Is there Senior debt in addition to the advances?

From my conversations with them Yes. As long as financials are strong. I have couple deals similar working with them now. Will keep you posted. But from my overall understanding they are solid group to work with, again financials must be strong.

It is my experience that they are a solid group to work with- however- if they approve something, there is almost certainly institutional debt that will do it more competitively.
