Looking a Real Estate Investor that could invest 150k in 31 Blanket Loan in TN
We have the approval from Hedge Fund, but he is short for 150k because he isnt US Citizen and the LTV dropped. Looking an Investor that bring over table 150k for closing costs and downpayment. Borrower is willing to negotiate the profit %. Please PM only for details of the transaction. Thanks

This is a tough one, as most CRE lenders will not allow a client to borrow the down payment.
