LoanMe is probably your only option for a monthly payment with a 600 cs and no collateral. I think breakout needs a 640/650 cs for their monthly program

Credit is not the sole criteria for an SBA Loan - you may be correct, but, one never knows
until we submit an application. Within 2-3 business days we know whether the client passes initial screening.

Just some paperwork needs to be completed.

If the client is seeking a loan without collateral (Express) Credit is a greater part of the equation- makes sense. If however, there are assets to attach to, credit becomes less significant (deals with FICO scores in the 500's are not that unusual as long as there is a reason the score is low).
