21 Million dollar health care agency and the biggest offer was 500k. 11M plumbing and desgin co biggest offer I got was 450k. Max deals Ive done was for 500k.

100% they exist, there are a couple of companies that will fund that high if the file warrants it.

I’ve seen wires of $900k but not a flat million yet.
Most of these deals get broken up between companies. I’ve seen deals get a few million in a row. If you need help packaging it up pm me.
Don’t gun shot this around you will lose the deals.

You really should be factoring them on top of the MCA. They might already be factoring, in which case you should try to take over their current company and beat their rates.

Unless you only want to sell money at the highest price and ignore repeat business, rather than gain clients for the long-term.

Yes there is but let's rephrase this.

There are Companies that hold investors who will support a million dollar + funding. These types of files usually have more than one party supporting the submission though because the originator of that "deal" that is searching for that type of capital usually CANNOT be supported by that ISO/Agent.

You can see the the max approval criteria on all Funders but on a serious inquiry, if you do have a Business who you see qualifies (not "wants" or "expects"), you would now need to represent that Business in such a way that it is more than an application and bank statements. If Agents understood this, the information for those who do larger deals would be more public - they just chose not to work with a lot of people or have no one to work in between the madness.

When I say "in between" you think "co-broker" but trust me it's A LOT more work than what that word entails. So it is NOT co-brokering... it is having a strategic partnership with a person or Company that knows how to work with your Company and merge your large clients into a process they understand and expect when it is NOT a $30k MCA.

waller they do exist but the file has to be great and they do a lot of underwriting on it. A lot of companies say they will or can do it but wont really touch a file above 150...250k max.

if they do get done some * top funders/lenders are spreading the "risk" or syndicating( or collateral). Huge hit to take if they default, one deal like that can put someone under.

If you release that file to the wrong person you will never see it again...and sales ability or not...they will choose 1 million over anyone dazzling personality.
