Established company does approx $17K-$20K monthly had lower deposit this month only due his payment for contracts were not in to show on account.

Possibly - a credit card split - a small possibility

We are a direct lender that only offers credit card split funding. If BK is discharged with case number we can look at it. They must be processing at least $6,500 per month to qualify for our smallest advance of $5,000.
