Who can factor in A/R when pricing a deal

I have a Merchant with $1.5 million in A/R coming in the next 10 months ($120,000 in next 30 days).... he does over $100K in deposits on odd months, and like $40K-$60K for even months....(so like $70-75K averaged out)....has a first with a $50k balance....I have $40,000 offer, need to go a little higher; my question is-which Lender, if any will take the A/R (again, it is $120,000 for March I have the report) into account while pricing it out?

    JSL,

What industry? Why does the prospect have 10 month terms? Terms on invoices rarely go over 90 days.

I believe it's because it is from a few different clients who he has an ongoing, long term relationship with them...next 30 days is definitely $120K though

Yes, you can say that. He has used factoring before...this is for an MCA though....like the merchant said to me last week, "You MCA guys only look at the past, not the future...even if it's verifiable!" He's not completely wrong...

In-house...we are willing to shop it out if we can get a higher offer (we may go to $50K but I'd like to see if I can get closer to $70,000)

Is this actually a receivable? As in, the merchant has completed the job? I have run into "10 month invoices" before and it is almost always a contract where the client is paying $X/mo until the contract is complete. <- not an invoice btw
