    I need a No Lien Cash Advance Lender

    My client does $100k/month with a 750 FICO, but his franchise agreement prevents any liens on the business. Who will lend without filing UCCs or any liens?

    We might be able to do it with no UCC if the underwriting is very clean. Would have to be CC split deal.
