Steel Based Construction Co-$100k+ every month-Who's interested?!

Seeking funds (LOC if possible) for improvements to the business. Equip upgrades, advertising, operating capital, etc. Average deposits are $115-$120/month, NO CREDIT CARDS.

The issue is low number of deposits (8-10 a month) and a few Negative days. Seeking $100k-$150k,open to $75-$80.

We would be interested at Retail Capital as long as there are no more than 5 negative days per month. Depending on cash flow we generally come in at around 75% of monthly deposits. But we don't do a LOC. There is no issue with 8-10 deposits as long as the negative days are less than 5.

Unfortunately it was 7 in one month. The other months were fine, but that one month is making it difficult.

We only require the last three months, so march would not make a difference with us. We only need April, May and June and we will look at the up to date for July.

What are they looking to use the money for? You can potentially get them about 80K over 12 months 1.35ish with a weekly ACH

This a factoring and leasing deal if ever there was one. there factoring line of credit, depending on the debtors, should be about 150-160K and they should be able to lease whatever upgrades they need.
Typical factoring clients factor for over three years and would kick off about 8-12% a year we would split.
