Also with the Caller ID regulation, my suggestion is not to mislead the merchant, but to just setup a Caller ID that perhaps doesn't include some of the buzz words if it's humanly possible. I still use my company's name for my Caller ID regardless, but I do notice that it's much harder to get through these days due to the market forces discussed.
