Yes, buddy remove all cell phones. From what I understand about the updated laws, you can't cold-call someone's cell phone either, even if it's a live cold-call (I'm not an attorney, so have your attorney verify, but cell phones are very tricky these days). Cell phones are mainly for people who have given you permission to call them on it.

Your entire campaign should be strictly to business landline phones and while there's no do not call list for a business line, if the merchant opts out, you need to put them on a list to make sure you never call them again.

Also, for your caller ID, try not to put "merchant" or "funding" or "capital" or "services" or "processing" in there because many merchants are flat out not answering the phone when these names pop up due to the significant amount of merchant processing/cash advance related calls they are getting.
