I represent a client that have 15 yr as real estate investor. He do flips and fix and hold MF assets. He focus in South Florida but now he want to expand into central and northern Florida. He would like to partner with someone whom would like to receive 70/30 net profit. He will find the project, run the numbers, place under contract, do all the due diligence, pay for appraisal and inspection.
