No big ISO wants to work with a newbie so they'll naturally gravitate to people like Anthony or Juan. After struggling through countless cold calls, the new ISO rep will walk over to the leader board, stare at the numbers with unbridled envy and dream of Ferraris and bottle service at the Gansevoort. Then he'll eat his bologna sandwich lunch and try to motivate himself by posting their numbers on DF...
