For $4.5 million funded $302k would mean 6.7 points. So in other words a rep that brokers the deal in-house gets almost 7 points on the deals.

Let them explain their numbers if they want... I can only guess what it is and I believe that they made those numbers...also maybe a bonus came in for the top guys ...

And if they are syndicating some of their own deals, which I am sure they are ....boommmmm game over $$$$$$$
