Severely leveraged merchant seeking creative solution
I have been working with a guy for quite some time, big towing company with 2 positions total of around 97k. They recently had to get a rework on 2 of the positions to avoid drowning. I have a detailed (redacted personal/company info to protect him from being bothered further) write up. Lots of assets in trucks etc, seeking a creative solution to this problem. I am the only loan broker this guy trusts, and I told him I would check on this forum for any creative solutions.
