I have been working with a guy for quite some time, big towing company with 2 positions total of around 97k. They recently had to get a rework on 2 of the positions to avoid drowning. I have a detailed (redacted personal/company info to protect him from being bothered further) write up. Lots of assets in trucks etc, seeking a creative solution to this problem. I am the only loan broker this guy trusts, and I told him I would check on this forum for any creative solutions.

We might be able to do something here, but they would need enough collateral to cover the size of the loan that we would be providing to this client. Keep in mind that our product is still going to be structured similar to an MCA, with daily or weekly payments, but we might be able to go out to 15-18 months in term which should help with the cash flow issues that the client is having at this time.
