Pretty much anyone will give you great rates, if oyu are willing to take it on the chin for commissions. Depends on how glass your jaw is, of course.

I spoke with Steven G. Mandis at Kalamatacapital. They mentioned to me that their rate and deal structure is similar to Credit Cash. I don't know much about them, however you may want to reach out and find out about their program. I am including the email below.
