You mentioned, " Purchase their home " I'm assuming you are referring to a primary residence? and looking for conventional financing?

IF this is the case there are three choices for financing,

1) You can go to LendingTree where the banks/ CU's compete for your clients business and only do 1 hard pull.

2) Consult with a licensed mortgage broker with a NMLS number in which we have but we don't offer conventional financing ( I'm not sure about other states, but Florida requires anyone involved in the origination or negotiation of conventional financing to be licensed.
( anything backed by Fannie, Freddie Etc.)

3) Just call any Bank or CU, Kevin Henry works for Seacoast Bank in South Florida, he not an originator but he could steer you the right way.

If it isn't a primary residence, we have 1-3 year options available.
